Contact support

Animanager is run by Naolito SL. The Support & contact page has a button for each kind of request: it opens an email to the team with the subject already filled in.

Before you write

Many answers are already in the guide:

  • Something doesn't work as expected: Troubleshooting.
  • A question about plans, tokens, Desktop Helper or client reviews: FAQ.
  • Something looks different since last time: What's new.
  • You can't open a project, a space or a setting: your role or the project's audience may leave you out. Ask a studio admin, and see Roles and permissions.
  • A module is missing: an admin turns it on in Settings → Studio → Features. Some modules only Animanager support turns on. See Turn modules on and off.

Product support

For help with signing in, the production tools, shared reviews or files, press Email support on the Support & contact page. To help the team understand the problem:

  • Say what you were trying to do and what happened.
  • Name the feature, and copy any error message.
  • Add your browser, or the version of Desktop Helper or the Blender add-on, if it matters.

Don't send passwords, sign-in tokens or confidential production files in your first message.

If a client can't open a review link or a file share, the person who sent the link can check its password and when it expires first. See Invite a client to review and Share files by link.

Plans and billing

For questions about your subscription, invoices, cancelling or token packs, press Ask about billing on the Support & contact page. Include the studio name and the invoice or transaction reference, if you have one. Never send full card numbers or security codes.

Write to support too when you need extra storage and Settings → Studio → Billing can't add it online: it then shows Contact support. See Plans, seats and storage.

Privacy requests

To ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your personal information, press Make a privacy request on the Support & contact page. Include the email of your account. The team may need to check who you are before it answers. For information a studio controls, also contact the studio's admin.
