**Animanager Production**

## Know where every shot stands.

Stages, files, chat and review live on the shot. Follow one fictional short, "Greenhouse", from plan to delivery.

## One shot, everything attached.

### Stage-by-stage grid

Shots in rows, stages in columns. Status, files and chat live on each stage.

### Work files

Desktop Helper brings each artist the right files and publishes them back.

### Chat on every shot

Every shot and stage has its own conversation.

### Frame-by-frame review

Draw on the frame, compare versions and send clients a link. Guests never need a seat.

### Timeline and estimates

Assign the work and get estimates from similar finished work.

### Live snapshots, render farm on request

See each artist's Blender window, updated every minute. The render farm is available on request.

## Follow one shot.

Illustrations of the real interface, with the fictional short "Greenhouse". Everything runs in the browser except work files, which Desktop Helper brings to your computer.

**Step 1 · Pipeline**

## Set up the stages once.

List the stages a shot goes through and how they connect. They become the columns of your grid.

### Name the stages

Storyboard, layout, animation, lighting, comp. Add or remove what you need.

### Connect them

A stage feeds the next one with what it publishes.

### Reuse it

Save the pipeline for the next sequence or project.

**Step 2 · Tree Grid**

## See the whole production in one grid.

Shots are rows, stages are columns and every dot is a status. Open the work from its cell.

### Read the state at a glance

Grey is not started, blue in progress, purple in review, green done.

### Notice what moved

Badges mark the stages with new activity.

### Open the context

Click a shot or stage to see its chat, versions and files.

**Step 3 · Timeline**

## Plan the people and the hours.

Assign stages to artists and set estimates. The plan follows the grid, not a spreadsheet.

### Assign and estimate

Drag a stage onto an artist and set the hours. Estimates can come from similar work.

### Keep a queue

Unassigned stages wait in a queue the whole team can see.

### Track the time

Artists log time on their revisions, next to the estimate.

**Step 4 · Work files**

## Open the work with everything it needs.

A revision keeps the work file and everything it uses. Desktop Helper brings it to the artist, and the Blender add-on publishes the next one.

### Get files

One click brings the file, rigs, libraries and textures.

### Publish from Blender

Publish from Blender with the preview and the time spent.

### Nothing lost

Older revisions stay on the shot with their files.

**Step 5 · Chat in context**

## Talk where the work is.

Every shot and stage has its own chat. Approvals, questions and new versions stay next to the work.

### Revision cards

Each new version appears in the chat with its files and preview.

### Approvals in place

The lead answers on the stage. The next artist reads it first.

### Translation

Messages show a translation and keep the original.

**Step 6 · Review**

## Review frame by frame.

Draw on the frame and compare it with the last version. Clients leave notes through a link, without a seat.

### Frame-accurate notes

Notes stay on the exact frame, ready for the next version.

### Compare versions

See two versions side by side.

### Client links

Protect them with a password and an expiry date.

**Step 7 · Live and delivery**

## Watch the work. Deliver from the project.

See each artist's Blender window, updated every minute, and deliver approved work from the project. The render farm is available on request.

### Render farm, on request

Send frames to your own machines and follow them on the stage. Available on request.

### Live snapshots

A capture of each artist's Blender window, every minute.

### Deliver from the project

Approved versions are already in the project. Just share them.

## And a canvas for the creative work

### Moodboards, references and boards on a canvas for each shot.

AI generation there is optional and paid per use.

### How does storage work?

Each seat adds storage to one studio pool. Need more? Add 1 TB blocks in Billing at a fixed price, and remove them when you are done. For larger volumes, talk to us.

### Is AI generation included in the seat?

No. Generation is paid per use with token packs. Each person gets a small welcome grant once, with their first studio.

### Do I need Desktop Helper?

Only for work files on your computer and the Blender pipeline. The grid, chat, canvas and review run in the browser.

### Can we start small?

Yes. Free is for one person with 1 GB. Pro starts at one seat and grows with the team.
